On Christmas Eve, we started getting a leak from our roof after a super rainy day. We happened to reach out to Jim as an emergency. He came in and had his crew stop the leak that day itself and then followed up with proper inspection of the roof and chimney area. Jim was reasonably priced, knowledgable to show us the details of different options and very personable. When we had followup questions after the project was done, he has promptly responded and showed up for any further concerns. We have recommended him to many neighbors being happy with his work and approach.

Emerald State did an excellent job on installing our Presidential roof and skylights. Installed flashing in all the right spots. Jim takes care of his clients and the crews have worked for the company a long time. That says something. I would only choose a Certainteed certified roofing company since they require updated training and all of their products. Offers a great warranty also.

After attempting to fix a minor leak in my roof it became clear it was simply time for a an entirely new roof. After pulling off the old roof they discovered several areas in the plywood that were saturated and rotting that would have begun to leak soon, so glad I got the roof replaced. Working with Jim was an exceptional experience never have I met a contractor so honest and willing to go the extra mile to make a client happy and ensure everything was done exactly right. his team was also very thorough, cleaned up each day and got the job done quicker than expected. I couldn't be happier with the service and support I received from Emerald state and would highly recommend them!

Very professionali and probably the last honest roofing/siding/window replacement contractor in the market. They do what they say are going to do and honor the word and the “handshake”. Jim is absolutely the best. Yes, he is busy but it is there when you need him or when matters the most.

Emerald State did a fantastic job with our house! I would highly recommend them. They do what they say, and do so in a timely manner. I very much appreciated their follow-through; and the quality of the work was first-in-class. Thank you, Emerald State!

I hired Emerald State for my siding and painting project, and from the moment I signed the contract, Jim made me feel confident in my choice. He welcomed me by saying, “Welcome to the Emerald State family,” and he lived up to those words throughout the entire process. He explained everything thoroughly, offered smart ways to save money, and never tried to upsell anything.

The crew was outstanding as well, hard-working, fast, and extremely meticulous with their cleanup. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, this has been one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had.
